The Menu:  Falafel Burger Sliders with Tzatziki Sauce, Tofu Sesame Sauced Spoons, Baba Ganouj, 3 Bean Chili with Corn Sticks, Mexican Ceasar Salad.

The Menu:   Spring Vegetable Dip with Toasts, Baby Arugula and Fennel Salad with Peas Radishes and Lemon Vinaigrette, Grilled Organic Salmon Fillet, Asparagus with Hollandaise sauce, Herbed Quinoa Pilaf, Trio of Lemon Desserts: Pot au crème, Lemon Loaf, Raspberries with Lemon Curd Drizzle.
