*Individual Vegetables

broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, French green beans.

baby carrots, diagonally sliced carrot, snow peas, sugar snap peas,

asparagus; lightly buttered with salt and pepper. We can prepare any of the

vegetables with a parsley or chive butter.

 

*Green Beans Almandine

perfectly cooked beans tossed with our own toasted almond butter

 

**Oven Roasted Vegetables

Some favourites are: carrots and parsnips; asparagus and garlic; eggplant, bell peppers, zucchini, tomato, red onion, garlic

 

**Ratatouille

a luscious blend of eggplant, peppers, onions, zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes and herbs

 

*Creamed Spinach

garlicky, creamy mixture finished with Parmesan
